Usage:

Oil:Add 1 drop of Viral Warrior oil to the left palm and breathe through the nose for 30-45 seconds with mindful focus on your desired outcome. Can also be applied to unbroken skin on the sides of the neck and the soles of your feet.

Spray: Mist your home, office and work space. Avoid eye and skin contact as cinnamon can irritate sensitive skin. If irritation occurs, gently wipe with a carrier oil like olive, coconut or almond.
